Publication Charges

Publication Charges

SciBase journals follow an open access approach, providing readers with unrestricted access to published content, eliminating the need for subscriptions. Geographical boundaries are non-existent; all that's necessary is internet connectivity to freely read and distribute the content.

In the open access model, the responsibility for covering publication fees falls on the authors. The corresponding author utilizes funds allocated by their university, department, or institution or personal to settle these fees.

SciBase journals incur various costs related to manuscript production, archiving, website maintenance, peer review, DOI assignment, and promotional activities. To recover these expenses, authors are invoiced after their manuscripts have been published.

Publication fee for each article: 2000 USD only.

Note:

1. We charge fee only for the accepted manuscripts
2. No submission fee
3. Invoice will be sent to the corresponding author after the manuscript publication from the payment gateway
4. It is a one-time fee and there are no other costs.

Withdrawal Charges

Article withdrawal charges typically refer to fees that authors may be required to pay if they decide to withdraw their submitted manuscript from SciBase proceedings after it has undergone some level of processing. These charges are often intended to compensate the journal for the time and resources expended in the peer review and editorial process. Article withdrawal charges equivalent to 50% of the standard Article Processing Charges.

Note: No charges apply if any author wants to withdraw within 72 hours of initial submission
