The Clinical Study of DRG Pulsed Radiofrequency Treatment for Chronic Musculoskeletal Disease

To observe the clinical effect of Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain (CMP). 80 CMP patients admitted to our department from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the pain improvement after pulse radiofrequency treatment. Results: The total response rate at 1 week and 4 weeks was 91.25% and 97.50%, respectively.

The Xanthogranulomatous Cholecystitis (XGC) is frequently misdiagnosed as Gallbladder Carcinoma (GBC) and usually undergoes an extended radical surgery. Sometimes XGC might have a coexistent GBC. The dilemma still exists concerning the differential diagnosis in clinical practice, and the final diagnosis has to be dependent on the histological examination.

Delayed mesh infection is a rare complication. In this report, we describe the case of a 68-year-old woman who, underwent cholecystectomy and an eventration on a sub umbilical hernia which required composite mesh implantation with ceolioscopy in 2014.
