The objective of this study was to evaluate the physicochemical, properties, mineral and the presence of aflatoxin in soy- beans of a new variety (of Zamboane TGZ 19046F) introduced in Mozambique. The soybeans were analyzed for physicochemical properties (protein, fat, ash, moisture and carbohydrates) and minerals (calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and sodium and ashes) and the presence of aflatoxins.
