Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, also known as Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome (PJS), is a rare autosomal dominant genetic disease with an incidence of 1/200 000-1/8 300 [1]. Among them, the most common sites of tumors include gastrointestinal tract, cervix, ovary, breast, lung, pancreas, etc.
To assess the significance of early prognostication using the Bedside Index for Severity in Acute Pancreatitis (BISAP) score combined with the Modified Computed Tomography Severity Index (MCTSI) in determining the severity of acute pancreatitis. 153 patients with acute pancreatitis were retrospectively screened from June 2020 to May 2021 at Ruijin Hospital. A total of 141 patients were included in this study and were divided into two groups.

Metastasis from internal neoplasms to the cutaneous is uncommon. They can be metachronous or synchronous. Widely synchronous metastasis from the gastric to the cutaneous is a rare clinical condition. We reported a male patient with widely synchronous cutaneous metastasis from the gastric at the age of 59 years.
